Would you be able to speak more to the "matching process"...and resume updates

I was reading about the process and I was curious about the NLP matching process. Are you able to speak more to it, and would you recommend candidates have a resume in a certain way in order to maximize the match?
The follow up would be, what if we have resume updates? Should we jus email that over?
Response #2By Wojciech G. on 2020-10-11 22:38Thanks HL! We are still working on the details of the matching process as we collect data from the first batch of jobs and employer feedback. In short, however, we are trying to do the following:
- We're taking people's past experiences and matching them against job requirements to score people.
- As we get people's portfolios, career aspirations, etc., we will use this to tell a great story for employers as well.
Right now, we're only doing #1 and also in a limited way, as we only have the two jobs posted. We'll have several jobs as of tomorrow, so the algorithm will get better.
By the way, this is also why we chose to build our own Q&A section. We're going to add all of the additional feedback/questions/etc. to a private part of the "Profile" page, so you can keep things updated there.
